An IG toolkit assessment submission represents evidence of an organisation’s attainment against the IG standards at a particular point in time. This evidence must be retained for audit purposes and cannot be overwritten by un-submitting and adjusting scores.

Therefore, the Digital Information Policy Team and the IG Statement of Compliance team within NHS Connecting for Health have agreed the process in the document below. This will enable Practices that did not originally meet the required level 2 attainment levels to proceed with the IG Statement of Compliance process.
