The Information Governance Alliance (IGA) is seeking feedback from health and
care staff on its short guide: ‘What you should know about information governance’.
The guide is aimed at all staff with an expertise or interest in information
governance (IG). It sets out the basic principles and requirements of IG in health
and care organisations of all sizes and has been written to support sharing
information to improve care.

The use of mobile devices in hospitals
The IGA is also seeking feedback on guidance written to support hospitals in
setting policies and procedures on how to use consumer technology brought in to
hospitals and used by patients, service-users, family, the general public and staff.
