The IG Toolkit Version 14 issues with uploading documents and the rogue requirement have been resolved.

Summary of issues:-

• Uploading of documents the following error message is displayed. Upload failed: Access is denied, (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED).
• The Version 14 Acute view of the toolkit contains an additional rogue requirement 14-140 "Responsibility for Information Governance has been assigned to an appropriate member, or members, of staff"
